The phone queue
A campaign goes live and the phone queue gets long. Customers hang up, try the chat, or go to a competitor.
AI customer service for Norwegian businesses
Ansvaro answers phone, chat and email in Norwegian, resolves the routine enquiries itself and sends the rest as tickets to the right person. Your team spends its time on what needs a human.
01Why
Customers reach out by phone, chat and email, and most of them ask the same things. Yet someone still has to answer every single enquiry, while the queue grows and the important tickets wait.
65 %
of customers used the phone the last time they contacted customer service. Up from 57% in 2020.
KSIndeks, 8. sep. 202634 000
people are missing from Norwegian workplaces. Hiring your way out of the queue is getting harder.
NAV Bedriftsundersøkelsen, 20. mai 2026A campaign goes live and the phone queue gets long. Customers hang up, try the chat, or go to a competitor.
Customers get in touch when it suits them, often in the evening. Enquiries sit there until customer service opens tomorrow.
Emails pile up because nobody had time to reply today. And nobody is quite sure who owns the ticket.
02Channels
The same knowledge and rules in every channel. Everything lands in one inbox.

What Ansvaro doesn’t do
07Privacy
You own the customer relationship. Here's where the data lives, who processes it and what callers are told.
Ansvaro runs in Frankfurt. Every sub-processor is listed in the privacy policy.
Conversation content only goes to the sub-processors in the privacy policy, only as far as needed, and isn't used to train their models.
You get a data processing agreement that says what we process, which sub-processors we use and where the data is kept.
The default greeting says straight away that it's a digital assistant and that the call is recorded. We recommend keeping that when you write your own.
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
08How it works
Three steps. You keep your number, website and current helpdesk, and start small.
Ansvaro reads your website and help articles and builds a knowledge base. You add what customers often ask about.
Forward your number, add the chat, or put the AI in front of your current helpdesk.
Start with one channel or one team, measure how much the AI resolves on its own, and expand once the results are in.
09Pricing
Standard has a fixed price per workspace plus usage. Enterprise is priced on volume, with a pilot and a dedicated contact.
NOK 2,490per month, excl. VAT
Volume-based
For businesses with high enquiry volumes. Priced on volume and channels.

Short answer
No.
You can use Ansvaro as your entire customer service, or put the AI in front of your current helpdesk so that only the tickets that need a human are passed on.
Short answer
We measure that in the pilot.

Short answer
It says so.
It only answers from your own information. If the answer isn't there, it says so and creates a ticket. Unanswered questions are collected so you can add the answer.
